Every two years, JYSK asks all employees about their job satisfaction in the Employee Satisfaction Survey, also just called ESS for short. In January 2022, the time has come again.

The survey, which all employees can participate in, will run from 18 January until 2 February 2022.

Are you motivated to go to work every day? Are you happy with your direct manager? And are you proud to work at JYSK?

Those are just three of the main questions that JYSK asks all employees in the Employee Satisfaction Survey every two years.

The survey, which is usually referred to simply as “ESS”, is employees’ chance to help make JYSK an even better place to work. Both for the individual employee and for all of their colleagues.

“We are very interested to know how our colleagues are doing at work, both to know where we need to improve and what we are already doing well,” explains Jan Verhoek, Executive Vice President HR.

More colleagues involved

In January 2022, the survey will for the first time be made across all 28 JYSK countries (with the exception of Franchise countries) since the merger of JYSK Nordic and DÄNISCHES BETTENLAGER.

With even more colleagues participating, Camilla Ölander, Employer Branding Manager, sees the coming survey as a great opportunity to get a clear status on JYSK’s performance as an employer.

”I really hope that every one of my colleagues will participate in the survey. Everyone’s input is important. We want to be our employees’ first choice within retail, and if we have an area where we can improve, our colleagues are the best to point that out, so we can follow up and make changes right away,” she says.

The survey will run from 18 January until 2 February 2022.
