Despite missile attacks, damaged infrastructure, and disrupted supply chains, expansion has continued thanks to JYSK employees’ great efforts. When Russia invaded Ukraine in February 2022, JYSK had 85 stores in Ukraine. Four years later, the store network has grown to 113 including a web shop.

JYSK has just opened the first store outside of Istanbul in Bursa, located in the Marmara region. In line with our strategy to be Customers' first choice, JYSK is accelerating the expansion across Türkiye and plans to double the number of stores during the current financial year of 2025/26.

11 years ago, Jaroslaw Sobczyk began his career at JYSK at the Distribution Centre in Radomsko, Poland. Now, he has taken on a new challenge in the Netherlands, in Lelystad, where JYSK will open a state-of-the-art Distribution Centre in 2027.
