The first thing for my team after arriving at work is to make sure that store is 100% ready for our customers. Everything must be in its place, orderly, full shelves with highlighted prices.

Sales and service training with my team. Training, training and more training leads to the best sales people.

Working with customers. An individual approach and communication with customers are a big part of my working day.

Planning is an important part of a Store Manager’s work. I am planning a new period in Timeplan, which has to be ready several weeks ahead. It is important to incorporate all shifts, holidays, trainings and workshops into the Timeplan.

Today is the shipment day, which entails unloading pallets, stocking up the goods and filling the shelves in the store.
