In a new campaign called “Bring Dedication”, the goal is to make JYSK more visible and attract more people to join the company to support future growth and expansion.

In early 2021, JYSK launched an employer branding campaign to celebrate reaching 3,000 stores worldwide and attracting another 2,000 new Store Managers for future stores.

Now, JYSK is widening the search for new store colleagues at all levels with the new “Bring Dedication” campaign. It will be promoted internally and externally, especially on social media, in all of the 28 countries across Europe where JYSK operates stores.

Alexandra noticed the campaign

One of the people who noticed the 2021 campaign was Alexandra Stanciu, who is now Deputy Store Manager in the JYSK store in Militari, Romania. She came across the campaign on Facebook, took the quiz and applied for a job. Shortly after, in July, she joined JYSK.

“I wanted a change in my job, and I liked your advertisement. I felt like this was me and I wanted to join the other 3,000 Store Managers. My goal now is to finish the Store Manager Trainee programme and become Store Manager. I like working with my colleagues in the store and to motivate them,” says Alexandra.

The ”Bring Dedication” campaign is already live in a number of countries and will run in all other JYSK countries during this spring.
