CIO celebrates 20th anniversary at JYSK
- On 1 May 2023, it will be 20 years since Keld Marott had his first working day as internal auditor at JYSK. Today, as Chief Information Officer (CIO), he heads the company’s IT department with more than 250 employees.

- JYSK’s first ever live shopping event at Facebook, which was hosted by two colleagues in a store in Denmark, attracted 1,600 viewers and resulted in 8,000 comments in the span of 37 minutes.
JYSK reaches 50 stores in Bulgaria
- In March 2023, JYSK celebrated an important milestone in Bulgaria, reaching 50 stores in the country. Store number 50 opened in the same city that hosts our first Bulgarian store, Plovdiv.

- Based on a survey and a store review, JYSK is right now testing new tools for stores.

- The time has come: The JYSK Focus Period is entering its third round. That means: new chances for more B2B sales and best practice sharing.
New packaging saves 3 million plastic handles
- In March 2023, all ergonomic pillows in the WELLPUR assortment by JYSK will be launched in stores and online with improved packaging and production that saves millions of plastic handles and metal zippers every year.
German distribution centres jump to a new world
- On 14-15 January 2023, Distribution Centre Kammlach moved to a new ERP system. The distribution centres in Zarrentin and Homberg will follow in the coming weeks.
JYSK to be certified according to Global Recycled Standard
- For some years, JYSK has been selling GRS-certified products, and to continue the journey JYSK has decided to become GRS-certified as a company.
JYSK talent goes to India for UN’s Global Goals
- Transforming the Global Goals into action was the overall purpose, as Lena Müller from JYSK participated in the UNLEASH Innovation Lab in India.
