JYSK is committed to developing employees – no matter where they are or what language they speak. That’s why the company is proud to have launched the first International Team Leader Trainee (TLT) Programme recently across all JYSK Distribution Centres.

While the local TLT programmes continue to support employees in their local languages, this new international version unlocks even more opportunities for employees ready to grow and lead – in English and across borders.

“We want to make leadership development accessible to

all our talents. With the international Team Leader Trainee programme, we’re creating a shared learning journey that connects people across countries and cultures – while continuing to offer strong local programmes for those who prefer to develop in their own language,” says Karen Østergaard Madsen, Learning & Development Manager, Logistics at JYSK.

The first International TLT programme started in April, where a group of dedicated employees participated in the first module in Bulgaria.

“Being part of the international TLT programme has been a truly great experience. I’ve learned more about understanding how everyone is different, and how enriching it is to know how to adapt our behaviour in order to continue being a great team,” says Alejandra Rueda, Team Leader Trainee at JYSK Distribution Centre in Valencia, Spain.
