This achievement reflects JYSK’s continued focus on employee satisfaction and international growth. Being recognised by not just one, but a total of three renowned publications, highlights JYSK’s commitment to creating a great workplace.

The global business magazine Fortune has announced JYSK as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For in Europe. This recognition follows two additional rankings of JYSK, including World’s Best Employers by Forbes and World’s Best Companies by TIME Magazine.

“We are very happy to be featured on three renowned global employer rankings. Being recognised by Fortune, Forbes, and TIME shows our dedication to making JYSK a great place to work and a leading global retailer,” says Jan Verhoek, Executive Vice President HR at JYSK.

Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For in Europe are selected by the organisation Great Place To Work based on survey responses from employees. From JYSK, the data is collected from Finland, Spain, and Denmark, which have been identified as Great Places To Work in their local region.

Recognition based on employee satisfaction

The rankings by Forbes and TIME are made in collaboration with the statistics company Statista. Forbes’ list of the World’s Best Employers is chosen each year through globally administered independent surveys completed by over 300,000 employees in over 50 countries worldwide.

Additionally, TIME’s World’s Best Companies list also evaluates companies based on employee satisfaction, revenue growth, and transparency in sustainability practices.

“This recognition reflects our commitment to fostering a workplace where employees feel empowered, valued, motivated, and able to be who they are. Our ambition is to be employee’s first choice within retail, and this achievement shows we are on the right track,” says Jan Verhoek.
