At JYSK we know that product quality means everything to our customers. When we asked 12,000 customers what was most important to them when they shopped at JYSK, “reliable product quality” came in a clear first place. Which is why we make it a matter of pride to ensure good quality and safety, right from when we select our suppliers to the customers assembling and using the products in their homes.
SELECTION OF SUPPLIERS
It is crucial to JYSK that our products live up to our standards, and we choose our suppliers carefully.
VISITS TO FACTORIES
Our purchasers personally visit factories regularly to check the quality of our products.
QUALITY CONTROL AT THE DISTRIBUTION CENTRE
When the products arrive at our distribution centres, JYSK Quality Control checks them again before they are sent to our stores.
TESTS WITH EXTERNAL PARTNERS
We perform tests for durability and safety in co-operation with external test partners. For instance, we test for stability and unsafe substances.
REVIEWS FROM CUSTOMERS
Once the product has left our store or distribution centre, we make it easy for the customer to give us feedback if the quality does not live up to expectations, for example via Customer Service or JYSK.co.uk.
