A new video campaign from JYSK zooms in on the many possibilities for employees working in Logistics.
With 10 distribution centres across 8 countries, JYSK has an extensive logistics setup, where dedicated employees play a crucial role in supplying our many stores with products within Scandinavian sleeping and living. Expansion is part of JYSK’s DNA, and the teams at our distribution centres are growing.
Today, a new video campaign is launching on social media, featuring real JYSK employees from our Distribution Centre in Uldum, Denmark, alongside professional actors. The campaign gives you a glimpse of the many possibilities you meet while working at our distribution centres.
“JYSK is naturally often associated with our many stores, but Logistics is a major part of our business. We want to showcase the many possibilities you meet at our distribution centres. Whether you are looking to advance your career or want to grow personally in your current role, there are endless opportunities in Logistics,” says Rikke Lisberg, Talent Acquisition Manager in Logistics.
Proud to be JYSK
Through short, engaging videos, the campaign introduces life at the distribution centres in a fun and people-focused way, emphasising the different career paths available at JYSK. From starting as a Warehouse Employee, becoming an Area Responsible, to managing your own team, the sky is the limit if only you bring dedication.
The campaign also highlights the value of being a good colleague through personal development, for example by being a mentor.
“Personal growth is important. We want to show how you can develop by taking on responsibility, supporting your colleagues, and helping to create a safe and fun workplace where everyone can be themselves,” Rikke explains.
“We want everyone working in Logistics to be proud to be JYSK,” she adds.
With the opening of dark stores in Dublin and Morocco in 2024 and 2025, and the upcoming opening of our advanced Distribution Centre in Lelystad, the Netherlands, hundreds of new JYSK colleagues are expected to join the company during the coming years to be part of our strong teams in Logistics.
