Bring Dedication. Meet Possibilities.” and “Strong Teams. Great Engagement.” will be the two key employee promises for personal and professional growth at JYSK.

Today marks the relaunch of JYSK’s employee promises across all countries, emphasising our commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive, and growth-oriented workplace for every colleague.

The relaunched
Employee Promises are:

  • Bring Dedication. Meet Possibilities.
  • Strong Teams. Great Engagement.

The relaunch means that the previous four promises have been reduced to two clear and empowering statements. This change is based on feedback from JYSK colleagues, including insights from the January 2024 Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESS) and annual reviews.

“These two employee promises reflect what our colleagues value most about working at JYSK,” says Nadja Kruse, Employer Branding Lead. “With fewer but stronger messages, we expect to further strengthen our ability to retain current employees and attract new talent.”
