Our new strategy posters, which are now visible in all stores, distribution centres and offices, feature important updates to JYSK’s vision and customer promises.
Since JYSK’s new strategy, Customers’ first choice, was launched in September 2025, new posters have been rolled out to all stores, distribution centres and offices.
Apart from a visual upgrade, the new posters are worth taking an extra look at to make sure you know exactly what our new vision and customer promises mean.
The vision and customer promises have been updated to reflect the findings in a global customer survey. In this way, we make sure that we deliver a great offer for everyone and become customers’ first choice.

JYSK’s new vision, at the top of the poster, reads:

It may seem like a simple sentence, but all words have been carefully selected to reflect exactly what JYSK’s long-term strategic vision is.
Overall, we want to be customers’ first choice. We also want to be the affordable choice, provide Scandinavian style, and deliver products within both sleeping and living.
