If you had the opportunity to ask a colleague from another country three questions, what would you ask?

Dominika Zrebená, who is Store Manager in Slovakia, decided to send her questions to Denmark. Cecilie Harding Vander Ploeg, who is Responsible for Operations in the Store, was the one to answer the questions.

Dominika: "What has been your biggest challenge at JYSK?"

Cecilie: "It has been to figure out where all the cities that we name our products after are located. No well, it has been the transition to come from one store to another with more responsibility."

Dominika: "I have read on the Internet that baby names must be approved by the government in Denmark. Is that true? If so, how long does it take to approve a name?"

Cecilie: "You do not need to apply for approval of baby names. Only in the case that you want to name your child something very special that nobody else has been named before – in that case you must apply for approval of the name."

Dominika: "How do you spend your spare time? Has working at JYSK influenced the way you spend your spare time and your hobbies?"

Cecilie: "No, it has not had an influence. I spend my spare time together with my partner, family, friends and horse."
