Sales Attitude

Now it is time again. JYSK’s best sales attitude should be trained and used to win customers and a great prize.

F847 Xanten (Germany), L650 Goes (Netherlands), F957 Heinola (Finland).

These stores were some of the country winners in last year’s Sales Attitude Competition, and they all won a weekend trip. Now the competition returns as Best Sales Attitude, and yet again the top prize is a weekend trip.

“We want to award the stores in JYSK with the best sales attitude. We invest a lot in trainings and development, and our stores like competitions. Now we want to see who got the most out of these trainings,” says Michael Olesen, Retail Operational Director.

Like last year, the competition will have three rounds. In June, the focus will be on Garden, in July on mattresses and in August on additional sales. After the three rounds, the overall winner will be awarded.

”It is all about approaching our customers in the right way to give them the best customer experience and they get what they need. This is what should differentiate us from our competitors and secure that customers keep coming back to JYSK,” says Michael.
