Every now and then, we roundup recent events and activities from some of the JYSK Nordic countries. Check them out here.

Poland

Roundup

Football Tournament of "3 Great Ones from Central Poland" for employees of the warehouse industry ended with a victory for one JYSK team and a fifth place for another, both from Radomsko, Poland. JYSK, IKEA, and Kaufland conceived the idea for the tournament.

Finland

All store and head office staff gathered in the city of Tampere, Finland, to celebrate JYSK Awards 2018. To make it possible for everybody to participate, all the Finnish stores were closed the day after the party.

Ireland

Team JYSK Ireland is building up and the first staff members have been recruited. United Kingdom

Recently all employees in the UK took part in the JYSK Games. Mixed teams from all over the country came together to compete against each other in a series of physical challenges such as archery, axe throwing and human table football.

Denmark

In keeping with tradition, 110 employees from the head office in Aarhus, Demark, participated in the DHL Relay Race, which is the world's largest Relay Race. 19 running teams and 3 walking teams from JYSK completed the 5 kilometre route.

Hungary

Store Manager Nikoletta Raschné Ferenc and her team from Eger, Hungary, delivered good results last financial year and made it into the top 10 for best JYSK stores in Hungary. All top 10 Store Managers were rewarded with a company car for a year.
