Make your voice heard in 2024
This January, you have a great opportunity to help improve your workplace by participating in the Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESS).
Every other year, JYSK asks all employees about their job satisfaction in the Employee Satisfaction Survey, also just called ESS for short.
The purpose is to use all employees’ feedback to continuously improve the work environment in JYSK and make our company an even better place to work.
“Whether you are happier than ever or have suggestions for improvements, we want to know,” says Rami Jensen, President & CEO of JYSK.
This year, the survey will run from 16-31 January 2024. All employees will receive more information about how to participate from their direct manager.
