JYSK reaches 50 stores in Croatia

Only 12 years after entering the Croatian market, JYSK opened its 50th store in Croatia.
On 26 August 2021, the special store opening was celebrated with numerous great offers and welcome gifts for customers, such as duvets, pillows and „My Blue Bag“ shopping bags.
Preparations lasted for months before the opening of the 50th store, which is located in the shopping center Z in the Špansko district of Zagreb, the capital of Croatia.
Among the employees were Drazen Eldic, Retail Manager of JYSK Croatia, who has quite a long history with JYSK.
„I am very proud to have had the opportunity to attend the opening of each of our 50 stores in Croatia. From the first one in Zadar to the fiftieth here in Zagreb. And I was especially pleased to work all these years with people and develop teams that today make up almost 500 colleagues,“ said Drazen.
Great colleagues
Pere Beljan, Store Manager from JYSK in Arena Park in Zagreb, also arrived to help his colleagues in the new store. He also functioned as a mentor to his new colleague Sabina Kavedžija, Store Manager of the newly opened store in Z center.
„The most important thing is to welcome every customer with a smile on our face and give them the service they deserve. Our offers are great and with special discounts of up to 70 percent, this is an excellent opportunity for customers. In addition, we really care about the safety of both our employees and customers,“ said Pere.
