New strategy: JYSK must be close to what is going on
- From 1 September 2019, a new strategy with the name ”Seamless and Closer to the Customer” is rolled out in JYSK. The strategy has five key areas, which set the direction for our work during the next three years.
JYSK and Parasport Denmark celebrates 30 years of cooperation
- Since 1989, JYSK has been main sponsor of Parasport Denmark. A cooperation which is built on common values, mutual respect and confidence in one’s own abilities.

Bulgarian Prime Minister visits Bozhurishte
- Bulgarian Prime Minister, Boyko Borissov, visited the Distribution Center in Bozhurishte to see the investment project that made JYSK Investor of the Year in Bulgaria and to meet the employees.
Dimitar from Bozhurishte won the second place at the forklift competition in Sofia
- Dimitar Trifonov, Area Responsible in DCB, won the second place at a forklift competition in Sofia. Dimitar told us more about the contest and how it is to work in Bozhurishte.
Romanian and Bulgarian Customer Service team building
- For the first time, our colleagues from the Customer Service Center in Romania and Bulgaria went on a team building together. They had fun and they got to know each other.
Jéan is celebrated for 40 years in JYSK
- The first jubilarian to celebrate 40 years in JYSK was celebrated on 2 May in Denmark. Jéan Brøns was employed as employee number three by JYSK founder Lars Larsen in 1979. 40 years later, Jéan is still happy to be part of the JYSK journey.
