Welcome to JYSK – meet three new colleagues (August 2021)
- Three new colleagues tell how they have experienced their first days and weeks working at JYSK. Welcome to the team, Linn from Sweden, Ricardo from Germany, and Hanne from Denmark!
Sophia from Uldum in pursuit of her Olympic dream
- Horseback riding, JYSK and sleep fill most hours of a normal day for 27-year-old Sophia Stegmann. She hopes to participate at the Olympic Games in Paris in 2024 with her horse Calistro.
From 10 to 20 stores: JYSK Ireland is getting ready for next step
- Despite the pandemic, JYSK Ireland has managed to attract a lot of customers with great sales numbers both online and in stores as a result. In the financial year 2021-22, JYSK Ireland wants to double the number of stores from 10 to 20.
JYSK will cut carbon emissions in half
- Becoming more sustainable is on the agenda at JYSK, and several new initiatives have seen the light of day. Most recently, we have set targets for reducing our greenhouse gas emissions.

New One JYSK milestone: 28 countries now use same webshop
- The transition towards One JYSK continues. On 24 June 2021, Switzerland had a successful “go live” with the new webshop, and now all 7 countries in the DBL Region have been migrated, and 28 JYSK countries are now on the same platform.
- In April 2023, JYSK will welcome customers to our first stores in Turkey. Preparations begin now.
