- On 15 April 2020, the JYSK store in Ringsted, Denmark, was involved in a fire that damaged most of the store beyond restoration. Just eight days later, the store team organised a successful fire sale with the surviving products.

JYSK wins first prize at Danish Digital Awards
- Together with Dept, our digital partner, JYSK came in on first place in the first virtual edition of Danish Digital Awards.
- JYSK Romania was one of the winners of the Romanian CSR Awards 2020 Gala. The company received the second prize in the CSR Campaigns on Social Media category, for the “I Need You” campaign, developed together with Hope and Homes for Children Romania.
JYSK welcomed customers in Moscow
- Even though JYSK had not done any marketing, many customers stopped by, when JYSK opened the first store in Moscow on 3 June.
