Dear colleagues, A man smiling

We have just closed our financial year 2024/25, and I can truly say that you all have done a fantastic job.

Last week, we published our turnover results with a record-high increase of 11.8% to DKK 46.3 billion. At the same time, we also set a record with 13.7 million new customers. We continued to invest in great offers for our customers across our product categories and assortment, which resulted in an increase of 12.8 per cent in the number of units sold.

These great results are thanks to your hard work and customer-first mindset across our stores, our distribution centres and our head offices. Thank you!

A group of JYSK retail colleagues in blue shirts wavingRetail seminar kicks off new year and strategy

In the beginning of this month, I had the great pleasure of joining our retail seminar in Budapest, Hungary, together with over 430 colleagues in blue JYSK shirts.

Here, we launched our new strategy called “Customers’ first choice” that focuses on our customers, our products and you as our employees in our stores, distribution centres and head offices. You will hear more about what this means for you from the retail organisation in the coming months.

At the retail seminar, also we celebrated the top-5 District Managers across our business within the categories of Best Customer Service, Best Sales Attitude, Best Coach, Most Ready for Customers, and Best Work Environment.

A big congratulations to the winners!

Visit to Ukraine Rami visiting store in Ukraine

At the end of the financial year, it was finally possible for Executive Vice President Retail, Mikael Nielsen, and I to visit our colleagues in Ukraine.

We met colleagues in two of our stores and heard about their experience working for JYSK in a time of war. JYSK continues to support our Ukrainian colleagues and the rebuilding of their country.

Annual field trip coming up

In the coming months, our annual field visits will take place, headed by our Executive Vice President Retail, Mikael Nielsen.

It is a great tradition to visit our country organisations and an opportunity to meet some of you in our stores. I am looking forward to joining some of the visits and hearing about what works well in our stores and what we can improve.

My leadership team and I would like to thank you again for all your hard work and dedication in our JYSK stores, distribution centres and head offices, and the great results you are delivering. Keep up the great work!

Best regards,

Rami Jensen
President and CEO
