It is great to see how your positive sales attitude and customer-first mindset continue to deliver strong results in both our turnover and the number of customers, which continue to increase across our countries.

All our product categories are also continuing to grow, and especially furniture and homeware are popular among our customers.

One JYSK milestone

At the end of January, we reached a very important milestone for JYSK.

The last of the former Dänisches Bettenlager (DBL) countries, Italy, completed the Unified Commerce roll-out and integrated sales channels, customer interactions, and backend systems into the Unified Commerce (UC) platform.

JYSK Italy completed the rollout of Unified Commerce.
In January, JYSK Italy completed the roll-out of Unified Commerce.

With this transition, we have also completed our One JYSK project, merging DBL and JYSK Nordic into JYSK with the same name, the same store concepts, and our shared values.

We will now continue the transition of the rest of our JYSK countries to Unified Commerce to the benefit of our online customers, customer service centres, and stores, enabling us to work closer together to create a truly seamless shopping experience for our growing number of customers.

We have just passed the deadline for answering our bi-annual Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESS), and I would like to thank you all very much for your participation.

Updated JYSK Vision and Customer PromisesJYSK Strategy: Customers' first choice

As part of our JYSK strategy, “Customers’ first choice”, all our stores, offices, and distribution centres have received new posters where you will see an updated JYSK vision and our customer promises.

We have done this to ensure that our goals are as clear as possible for you, so you and JYSK can grow together.

Summer is coming

Although it doesn’t feel like it in Northern Europe, spring is just around the corner along with our outdoor season.

This year, we have an even greater assortment of garden furniture with exciting new products and more light colours. Together with your positive sales attitude, we believe that this has great potential.
