On Thursday 30 September 2021, JYSK organised both a physical PR event for Danish journalists and influencers and a livestream event for online participants from across Europe.

The event took place at an event location in central Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark, which a group of colleagues had decorated with furniture and accessories from JYSK’s new indoor assortment for the coming season.

JYSK welcomed guests to learn more about how JYSK is working with trends to develop the assortment, and also how JYSK is working to become a more sustainable company.

A more sustainable future

“Being trendy and becoming more sustainable go hand in hand. We want to make sure that our products always live up to our customers’ needs and expectations. And we also want to do all we can to ensure that our products become more sustainable. Along with showcasing some of our great new arrivals, that is our main message with this event,” says Rikke Blæsild, Range & Design Manager at JYSK, who presented trends and products during the event together with her colleague Range & Design Coordinator Line Skaaning Lindskov.

Positive feedback

Around 250 guests in total joined the two events and the following responses have been positive.

“I think we were all very proud to show our fantastic JYSK products to such a large audience. I have also received congratulations and praise from both colleagues and guests. And although we had some technical challenges, I think everyone did a great job, and we have hopefully done our part to improve perception of JYSK,” says Martin Fyn Aamand.
