JYSK named Best Retail Employer in Bosnia and Herzegovina

In 2015, JYSK also came in second for the prize as Best Workplace in Retail.

According to the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), JYSK is the most desirable employer in the retail sector of the country.

Just two years ago, in 2015, JYSK was also awarded a prestigious second place in the race for the title of Best Workplace in BiH.

If you ask Drazen Eldic, Retail Manager in JYSK West Balkan, he has no doubt why JYSK takes home the first place this year.

“We all live our JYSK values of being a good colleague, and act according to JYSK leadership, which means being a good manager. This way, we all create the best possible atmosphere and best team spirit together,” he says.

Drazen also believes that having fun at work is very important, and he is happy that the positive working environment extends to JYSK’s customers as well.

“We always put our employees and customers first,” he says. “That is probably the main reason why they put us first too!”
