This week, management teams from all JYSK countries, logistics and service functions were gathered in HimmerLand in Denmark to kick-off the final year of the current strategy "Seamless and Closer to the Customer".

Every year, management teams across JYSK meet to ensure that everyone is prepared and informed about the strategic direction for JYSK for the next financial year.

Close to 200 colleagues were together for a day that both included inspiration with success stories from different countries and functions, introductions to the critical success factors for the financial year 2025 and to brainstorm in a workshop on how best to attract new colleagues in the future.

“It has been a great day here in HimmerLand with time for good discussions and inspiration and with all of us being in one place. This is a day where we all come together and set the direction for JYSK for the next financial year to take home and implement across the organisation. I am looking very much forward to what the final year of our current strategy will bring for JYSK,” says President and CEO of JYSK, Rami Jensen.

Next step for the management teams from all JYSK countries, logistics and service functions is to make their local business plans for the next financial year which kicks off on 1 September 2024.
