Dear colleagues,

Rami Jensen
Rami Jensen, President & CEO at JYSK.

I would like to start this update with a big thank you to all of you for your hard work and dedication to JYSK and the great results that you have delivered both in the last financial year and the beginning of this year, including a great November!

An exceptional FY25 and the best month ever

At the end of November, we announced our annual results for FY25, and it has truly been an exceptional year for JYSK where you welcomed a record 13.7 million new customers to our stores, and we increased our revenue with 11.8% and EBIT by 26.9%. All our countries delivered growth due to your great customer service and sales attitude.

The positive results have continued into the new financial year, and looking specifically at November, including the Black Friday weekend, you have delivered the best turnover result ever, beating our great results from last year. Black Friday is our biggest sales period during the year, so big congratulations and keep up the good work!

Looking ahead at FY26

We are now well into FY26, and we are looking at some big milestones.

Unified Commerce roll out in Borna, Germany.
Unified Commerce roll-out in Borna, Germany.

We just successfully finished the roll-out of Unified Commerce in Germany, which is our biggest country measured by stores. And we expect to have the roll-out in Italy finished in February, finalising the roll-out in our former DBL (DÄNISCHES BETTENLAGER) countries. This is one of our biggest IT investments in JYSK, and it is great to see how it supports you all in stores, distribution centres, Customer Service Centres and online to deliver great customer service.

We are also looking for a new distribution centre (DC) in the northern part of Italy to support our successful expansion in the country and in Europe. Currently, our DC Kammlach (DCK) in Germany delivers to our 108 Italian stores, and the new DC will give DCK more capacity to support Germany, Switzerland and France better as they also grow. We will rent a space in Italy to begin with while we look for the right location to build our own DC.

We plan to open new distribution centre in Italy.

And finally, in the beginning of January, we will have our Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESS). Your opinion about JYSK as a workplace and your input about what works and how we can improve are important to us, so please remember to participate.

My management team and I would like to thank you again for your hard work and dedication and we wish you all happy holidays.

Best regards,

Rami Jensen
President and CEO
