Management teams from all JYSK countries, logistics and service functions were gathered this week for the annual strategy kick-off at HimmerLand in Denmark.

"The purpose of our strategy kick-off is to get everyone involved in preparations for the next financial year, which begins in September. Now, our focus is on making the best possible business plans across our entire organisation, so we can continue to develop and grow JYSK," says Rami Jensen, Deputy President & CEO, who hosted the event.

Close to 200 colleagues were gathered for the day’s presentations, workshops, and networking. In addition to a status on JYSK’s recent expansion to Türkiye, a key theme was empowerment of employees. This was also highlighted when selected colleagues presented their success stories from different countries to inspire their colleagues.
