One week with... Jussi Mäkilä from Finland
- Store Manager Trainee Jussi Mäkilä from Finland has chosen to share a typical working week in his life through pictures and short descriptions. He works in one of the largest JYSK stores in Finland.
International career paths in JYSK: Nikolaj Jensen – From Denmark to Norway
- Nikolaj Jensen started as a sales trainee in Aarhus, Denmark. One week later, after having passed the professional exam, he was sitting on a plane on his way to Norway.
- This year’s employee satisfaction survey showed that the JYSK employees in Romania are the happiest in the Group.
- Malta became the 42nd country on JYSK’s world map when the first JYSK store on the island opened on 22 July 2016.
JYSK colleagues teambuilding to the top
- On 16-17 June, 26 colleagues from CZ/SK from the head office in Prague embarked on their annual hiking trip to the top of the highest mountain in the Czech Republic.

12 colleagues from JYSK Franchise in Iceland visited Denmark this April to gather inspiration. They visited the distribution centre in Uldum, looked at store decoration and electronic shelf labels.
