Rami Jensen, President & CEO of JYSKDear colleagues,

At the end of November we announced our annual results for the financial year 2023/24. We delivered strong results driven by your efforts in our stores, at our DCs, and our offices.

With your customer first mindset, we welcomed 11.9 million new customers in our stores where they experienced first class customer service and competitive prices. It resulted in all our countries delivering turnover growth. Great job!

A good start to the new financial year

We are already 3 months into our new financial year. We know that it is difficult to predict the year, but we have a positive outlook based on our sales indexes so far and our results from Black Friday. We have a strong business setup and foundation based on our JYSK values, Tradesmanship, Colleague and Corporate spirit.

We continue to roll out Unified Commerce and France, Austria and Germany are some of the countries in our pipeline.

We know that it has a positive impact on our customers’ shopping experience and your collaboration between stores and DCs and we are looking forward to extending the benefits to more countries.

My Executive Management Team and I would like to thank you all again for your hard work and dedication to JYSK. Keep up the great work and we wish you a very merry Christmas.

Best regards

Rami Jensen
President and CEO
