A month ago JYSK launched a new content site presenting JYSK’s initiatives within environmental sustainability. A helpful tool, says two Store Managers from Poland and Slovakia.

Since the launch of the new content site about JYSK’s initiatives within environmental sustainability GOJYSK.com has asked two Store Managers what they think about the site and if they feel like it makes a difference, when talking to customers about JYSK products. Overall, they are both pleased with the site.

Żaneta Rozenberg, Store Manager in Pruszcz Gdański, Poland, is very satisfied with the new site, as she is seeing an increasing number of customers with an interest in environmental issues when shopping.

“Sustainability is important to JYSK as well as to our customers. In everyday work, there are people who ask for particular certificates, or sometimes they simply ask for ecological products,” she says.

A great overview for JYSK customers as well as employees

Żaneta has also experienced that the site is making it easier for herself and her employees to answer and inform the customers about JYSK’s environmental impacts.

“We can gather information from the new webpage and while presenting garden furniture or some textiles, we can tell more about what we do as a company to be more environmentally friendly.”

Michaela Capová, Store Manager in Martin, Slovakia, also senses that the site is making it easier for both the employees and customers to obtain the information about the green initiatives within JYSK at one representative place.

“The site is helpful in communication with customers, especially the young generation, who are interested in this area. I personally do care about ecology and sustainability and I am very proud to work in a company, which has committed to reduce packaging and sell products from responsible materials.”
