Update from our CEO: Great results across JYSK
- We are now well into the second half of the financial year 2024/25, and we are seeing great results across JYSK where we are welcoming a record number of new customers to our stores and we are beating turnover records, not only on our total turnover, but also on store reopenings and new store openings.
France and Austria complete Unified Commerce
- JYSK has taken another big step towards achieving omnichannel, having successfully implemented Unified Commerce in all its French and Austrian stores.
Customer Service receives award for top performance
- JYSK’s customer service departments have been recognised as top-performing in the B2C (business-to-consumer) area by Capturi thanks to their great customer satisfaction scores.
IT becomes part of JYSK’s top management
- As part of strengthening JYSK’s IT development, the business area IT becomes part of the JYSK Executive Management Team. Chief Information Officer Keld Marott is promoted to Executive Vice President of IT.

Updated webshop improves customer experience
- With the launch of a so-called ‘headless’ webshop, Portugal is the first JYSK country to offer customers a much faster and more efficient online shopping experience.
JYSK kicks off new sustainability strategy
- Today, JYSK launches the sustainability strategy “A Great Offer for Generations”. The internationally acclaimed Science Based Targets initiative has approved JYSK’s greenhouse gas emissions reduction targets.
