New strategy: JYSK must be close to what is going on
- From 1 September 2019, a new strategy with the name ”Seamless and Closer to the Customer” is rolled out in JYSK. The strategy has five key areas, which set the direction for our work during the next three years.

New record: 11 new stores in one day
- On Thursday 29 August, JYSK is setting a new record for the number of store openings. No less than 11 new stores will welcome customers on this single day.
JYSK and Parasport Denmark celebrates 30 years of cooperation
- Since 1989, JYSK has been main sponsor of Parasport Denmark. A cooperation which is built on common values, mutual respect and confidence in one’s own abilities.

JYSK reached 75 stores in Romania
- On 13th June, JYSK opened the 75th store from Romania, in Huși. The opening event was attended by a large number of customers who, until now, didn’t have a JYSK store in their city.
JYSK Ukraine reaches 50 stores
- On Thursday 30 May 2019, JYSK Ukraine entered Dream Town – the shopping centre where store number 50 in the country is located.
