MYLEARN is among the best learning systems in the world.

Since MYLEARN was launched, it has been a big hit with JYSK employees, which have given the new system high ratings.

And on 18 November, JYSK received recognition at The Learning Technologies Awards in London, Europe’s biggest conference regarding learning and learning technologies. JYSK was awarded a silver medal in the category Best Learning Platform Implementation.

“What is most important is of course that our colleagues in the stores like the system, and find it easy to use. That said, we are also really proud of our silver medal, as it shows that our learning system is among the best in the world,” explains Training Manager Ivana Dragić Topić, and continues.

“This award recognizes how much JYSK has invested in new technologies to improve learning. That is very significant to ensure that we have well trained and motivated colleagues, which can provide the best customer service.”

Feedback is the best award

Many colleagues from different countries and positions were included from the beginning when the new learning system was developed.

And according to Training Coordinator Ana Beljan that is one of the main reasons JYSK was able to implement MYLEARN, in all JYSK Nordic countries within just 6 months.

“That would not have been possible without strong team work”, says Ana Beljan.

Besides the silver medal in London, MYLEARN is also shortlisted at the conference “The Learning Awards”
given by the Learning and Performance Institute of London, which will take place in February.

“These kinds of nominations and awards are clear indications that we are on the right track, when we talk about the quality of the training. However, the best feedback still comes from our colleagues. Seeing that they use the system not only because they have to, but because they like the trainings, makes me very happy. Now, when we have a good system that can support us, we will focus on making great content that makes training both developing and fun,” says Ivana.
